Refer & Earn — Program Terms
The DispatchInAI Partner Program · Last revised August 19, 2026
1. The program
Refer & Earn (formally, the DispatchInAI Partner Program) rewards active DispatchInAI customers who refer other dispatch companies that become paying DispatchInAI customers. The program is operated by inAI LLC (“DispatchInAI,” “we,” “us”).
2. Eligibility
Referrers must be DispatchInAI customers with an active, paid subscription in good standing. Referrals are submitted through the Refer & Earn section of the DispatchInAI application. You confirm at submission that you have told the referred contact that DispatchInAI will reach out to them by email or phone.
3. The referral credit
When a company you referred becomes a paying DispatchInAI customer, you earn a credit equal to 15% of each invoice they actually pay, applied to your own DispatchInAI invoice, for up to 12 of their paid monthly invoices. Crediting begins only after the referred customer has been a customer for at least 30 days and has completed their first full payment cycle — in practice, their second paid invoice is the first one that earns a credit. Credits stop if the referred customer’s subscription ends.
Credits are applied to your invoice automatically and appear as labeled line items. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for money, and have no value outside your DispatchInAI subscription. Total credits in any rolling 12-month period are capped at 100% of your own annual subscription amount — your subscription can become free; it can never become a payout.
4. Attribution
The first submitted referral for a given contact holds the claim (“first touch”). A referral expires 90 days after submission if the referred company has not started onboarding by then; after expiry the contact may be referred again, by anyone. Contacts already in an active conversation with DispatchInAI at the time of submission are marked ineligible when submitted. Self-referrals — contacts associated with your own company or any existing DispatchInAI account — do not qualify.
5. Carrier introductions
Program participants may from time to time be offered introductions to carriers who have expressed interest in dispatch services. Any such introduction is exclusive to the receiving participant only for its stated claim window; it is an introduction, not an exclusive or continuing right to the carrier or its business. DispatchInAI facilitates introductions only — we do not vouch for, guarantee, broker, or take any position on any resulting business relationship, and we take no position in disputes between participants regarding carriers either of them serves.
6. General conditions
We may review any referral for abuse (including self-referral, fictitious contacts, or circular arrangements) and may withhold credits connected to abuse. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time; earned credits already applied to an invoice are unaffected by a program change. These terms are part of, and subject to, your DispatchInAI Terms of Service.
