Software for independent truck dispatch companies

An independent dispatch service lives or dies on two things: how many loads one dispatcher can actually handle in a day, and whether the carriers can see what they are paying for. DispatchInAI shortens the first and makes the second obvious.

The job is volume and proof

Dispatching for other people's trucks is a throughput business. Every minute spent retyping a rate confirmation into a spreadsheet, chasing a driver for a yes, or assembling an invoice package by hand is a minute not spent booking the next load. And because the carrier is paying a percentage, the value of the service has to be visible or it becomes a quarterly argument.

Where the time goes back

Rate confirmations stop being data entry. The broker's PDF is read into a structured load — every stop, date, reference number, commodity, equipment and reefer temperature. Validated in-house against more than 100 broker formats.
Acceptance is a reply, not a phone call. The driver gets the load by text and replies YES or NO. Special instructions are condensed into a short, driver-actionable summary rather than a wall of broker boilerplate.
The dispatch percentage is built in. Dispatch percent is a setting with a per-load override, so the fee and the carrier's net are calculated on the load itself rather than reconciled later in a spreadsheet.
Invoicing is one action. The broker invoice merges with the rate confirmation, POD, BOL and receipts into a single PDF package, with factoring supported.
Everything is attributable. Users are unlimited and every action carries an audit record of who did it, which matters when more than one dispatcher touches the same load.

Showing carriers what they are paying for

The broker scorecard ranks brokers by net margin per truck-day after driver pay, effective rate per mile after deadhead, deadhead percentage and days to pay. That is the conversation a dispatch service wants to be having with a carrier — not whether the fee is fair in the abstract, but which lanes and which brokers actually paid.

What it costs

Billing is per saved load, starting at $24.99 a month, with unlimited users on every plan — so the price follows the volume you dispatch rather than the number of dispatchers or trucks. Every account starts with a free 30-day trial — no credit card and no contract. The DispatchInAI team sets the account up for you, usually within one business day.

Common questions

Can I dispatch for more than one carrier?
Yes. Independent dispatch companies managing loads for multiple carriers are one of the three operations DispatchInAI is built for. Drivers, loads and settlements all live in one workspace on your own subdomain.
How is the dispatch fee handled?
Dispatch percent is a tenant setting with a per-load override, so the fee and the carrier's net are calculated on each load as it is saved rather than reconciled afterwards.
Does every dispatcher need their own licence?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan, and each action is recorded against the person who took it, so you can put the whole team on it without changing the price.
Will my drivers need to learn new software?
No. Drivers receive the load as a text message and reply YES or NO to accept. If they want to do more, the link opens a mobile page where they can mark in transit and delivered and photograph paperwork — but SMS alone is enough to dispatch.
Is this a load board or a brokerage system?
Neither. DispatchInAI is a carrier-side system: it dispatches trucks, tracks loads, invoices brokers and settles drivers. It does not source freight and it does not run a brokerage or freight forwarding operation.
