Every load is checked before it moves
Save an unassigned load with full checks, keep unfinished ones as drafts, and never send a driver a load without its dates.
A rate con with a missing pickup date could be saved, assigned, sent to a driver and invoiced without anyone noticing the gap. Saving a load now checks it, unfinished loads are clearly marked, and a load can't move forward until it is complete.
What's new
Save — no driver needed. The review screen has a new Save button. It checks every required field and saves the load unassigned. Pick a driver and the same button becomes Save & assign driver.
Everything missing, in one message. If something is blank — a date, an address, the commodity — you see the whole list at once, in plain words, before anything is saved.
Drafts are drafts. Still waiting on details? Save draft keeps the load as a Draft, with a dashed Draft label and a DRAFTS count in the top bar. Open it and click Complete draft once you have everything; the panel tells you exactly what's missing.
Dates before dispatch. A load can't be sent to a driver without its pickup and delivery dates, so no driver gets a text that says nothing about when.
Invoices after delivery. The broker invoice becomes available once a load is delivered — or cancelled with compensation, such as a truck-ordered-not-used fee.
Dates without a year, read right. Rate cons and emailed tenders that print dates like "Sun, Oct 4" now come through with the right date, using the date on the rate con itself.
What changes for your team
If you used Save draft to save loads that didn't have a driver yet, use Save instead. A draft can't be assigned, sent to a driver or invoiced until it's completed. Loads you already have are unchanged.
Nothing to update or install. It is already live in your account — same login, same data.
