Know the moment a driver moves

Accepts, declines, in-transit and delivered taps, and document uploads now pop up wherever you are in the app — and wait in the bell until someone reviews them.

Until now, a driver tapping Accept or Mark delivered changed the load quietly. You saw it if you happened to be looking at that load. Now every driver action announces itself.

What's new

A pop-up on every page. When a driver accepts, declines, marks a load in transit or delivered, or uploads a BOL, POD or receipt, a card drops down under the bell — on the dashboard, the loads list, invoicing, anywhere. It clears itself after eight seconds, or the moment you click it.
Declines wait for you. A driver saying NO needs a new driver, so that card does not time out. It stays until you reassign the load or mark it reviewed.
The bell keeps the list. Missed a pop-up? Open the bell. A new Driver updates tab holds everything not yet reviewed, with a check on each row. One dispatcher's check clears it for the whole team and records who.
A sound, if you want one. A short chime plays on new updates so a tab in the background still gets your attention. Turn it off at the bottom of the bell panel.

On a phone the pop-up spans the top of the screen and the bell opens from the bottom, same as before.
