Drivers can scan every page in one go

By popular demand: a document scanner in the driver app. A 10-page BOL is ten taps, not ten trips to the camera — and every page comes out clear.

You asked for clearer paperwork and fewer steps for your drivers, so we built it. The driver app now has a Scan pages option right under Take photo and Choose file. A driver holds the phone over the BOL, POD or receipt, taps once per page, and DispatchInAI turns each one into a clean, straight, readable page.

What's new

Every page in one go. The camera stays open between pages. A 10-page BOL is ten taps — no going back and forth to the camera for each sheet.
Clear, straight pages. The scanner finds the edges of the paper, crops away the seat or the dashboard behind it, straightens a page shot at an angle and lifts shadows from the cab light.
Stamps and signatures stay visible. Pages are kept in color by default, so the receiver's stamp and a blue-ink signature come through. Gray and black-and-white are one tap away.
Blurry pages caught at the truck. If a page is too blurry to read, the driver is told right away and can retake it — before it reaches you or your broker.
In the right order. Before saving, the driver sees every page, can move one earlier or later, remove a bad one or scan more.
Nothing lost. If a call comes in or the phone locks mid-scan, the pages wait on the phone. The next time the driver opens the link, they can review and save them.

What changes for your team

Nothing on your side. Scanned pages arrive in the load's Documents panel like any photo, in the order the driver saved them, and go into the broker invoice package the same way. Take photo and Choose file are still there for drivers who prefer them.

Nothing to install. It is already live in the driver link your drivers get by text. The first scan on a phone takes a moment to get ready; after that it starts right away.
